DESCRIPTION:Centering Prayer is an ancient tradition of silent prayer. It i
s considered to be the pure gift of God. It is the opening of Mind and Hea
rt to Holy Mystery.  \nThis method of prayer is a movement beyond convers
ation with Christ to communion with the Christ consciousness.  We open ou
rselves to God’s Presence and Action in our lives.  \nWe start with pra
yer\,  then move into time for learning\, sharing and then fellowship.
