Artist Atheana Picha will begin installation of the mural on the east-facing exterior wall of The Springs building starting the week of July 29. Installation will take about 2 weeks. During this time you are welcome to stop by and observe Atheana and her helpers at work.

VOLUNTEERS TO HOST:

We are looking for volunteer hosts, to be at the church during the hours that Atheana is working. Hosts will help Atheana with access to the building, and water and snacks. Hosts will also be on hand to welcome any visitors to the site, to tell them a bit about our mural project and the church, and to help make sure that Atheana is freed up to do her work after greeting visitors.

As soon as we have a schedule of Atheana’s planned times at the church, we will schedule volunteer shifts. There will be an email to the congregation, so you will know if it’s something you want to help with, and you can “sign up” at that time.
