About this ministry
We began in 2019 with grand ideas and then boom! Covid happened. We pivoted and our ideas became a monthly Online cooking demonstration offered by the Spring Street Community Kitchen, a partnership between St. John’s Anglican Church and Inlet United Church and other community members. Sometimes we had special guest chefs from local restaurants and other times we stepped in and create magic in our own kitchens. It was always entertaining and informative! Once it was safe to gather, we began to host some in-person events, and while people enjoyed these, we didn't get a clear sense of WHAT it was we wanted to be about. We do agree we want to continue to collaborate in some meaningful way, and exactly how is not clear at present.
