On December 13th, we continued our Advent Series, "I Believe Even When...". 

This week's them was “I Belive in God...Ode to Joy”.

 

Advent 3 - Joy

 

This Sunday we reflected on the power of music and Luke 1:1-4, 46-56, the song of Mary. We drew on the documentary film "Following the Ninth" (available on YouTube) which tells the story of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and how it has influenced people speaking up for the humanity of all people. "Ode To Joy" is part of this symphony and joy was our theme this week.
