Annual Congregational Meeting

Our Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) is being held on Sunday, March 8, 2026 after worship. We will have a potluck lunch prior to the meeting.

At the Annual Congregational Meeting, the Congregation is responsible for:

a) electing a chair and a secretary of the annual meeting;
b) receiving the annual reports from the governing body, committees, and other groups in the   Congregation or pastoral charge;
c) electing the governing body, trustees, regional council representatives, and members of the       committees; and
d) considering and making a decision on the draft annual budget.

Note: Congregants must be part of the Membership Roll or recognized as an "Adherent" to vote at an ACM.

Potluck Lunch: We will have a finger food potluck lunch prior to the ACM. It would be greatly appreciated if those attending would bring food to share for the potluck. Suggested items: sandwiches, crackers, cheese, fruit, veggies or any other finger food.
