Centering Prayer is an ancient tradition of silent prayer. It is considered to be the pure gift of God. It is the opening of Mind and Heart to Holy Mystery.
This method of prayer is a movement beyond conversation with Christ to communion with the Christ consciousness. We open ourselves to God’s Presence and Action in our lives.
We start with prayer, then move into time for learning, sharing and then fellowship.
