Please join us on Zoom on Thursday, January 20th 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for an online cooking demonstration offered by the Spring Street Community Kitchen, a partnership between St. John’s Anglican Church and Inlet United Church. Our returning guest chef is Port Moody resident and author, Tara McIntosh with her sister, Keeli assisting as sous chef. Tara and Keeli will be demonstrating how to make gnocchi from scratch and canned tuna melt hand pies.

As always, there will be opportunities to ask questions and share conversation with others. All funds raised in support of our Spring Street Community Kitchen will be re-gifted to the communities we serve. Funds raised from our upcoming event will be donated to ACCESS Youth Outreach Services Society whose mandate includes the development and delivery of innovative programs and services for youth ages 12-23 who may be disadvantaged, marginalized, or at-risk. Their services and programs are offered in the Tri Cities and Ridge Meadows communities. ACCESS creates opportunities for youth to reach their full potential. Their goal is to improve the well-being and self-worth of alienated and excluded at-risk youth through unconditional support, whenever and wherever necessary, with the view of reconnecting them with their family and community.
